Queen Majesty Hot Sauce redesign

This was the first project that we had to do in the package design class. We had to redesign an existing hot sauce brand of our choice. I chose the "Queen Majesty" brand, not because I thought the packaging looked bad (the art on it is quite elegant), but because it didn't really look like something you would see when I think of hot sauce. Usually I think of anything relating to heat when it comes to hot sauce. As I mentioned before, the art on the actual bottle is quite nice and elegant, and I wanted to keep that sort of feel in my redesign while incorporating fire into the design. That is why I chose a phoenix since it relates to fire and it's depicted as an elegant and majestic bird.
